For questions about orders, shipment status or wholesale terms, call +38 (073) 422 76 62 or write to our sales office. We answer during working hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00.

The sales office is at 16zh Kramskoho Street in Kyiv — this is also where you can collect an order in person instead of waiting for the post. Production is in Chernihiv at 25 Zakhysnykiv Ukrainy Street, and that is the right address for questions about certificates, recipes and batch quality. Partners in Europe are served by a separate office in Warsaw.

The fastest replies come through Instagram and Facebook, where we also post new flavours and recipes built around our cups. If your question concerns an order you have already placed, keep its number to hand — the manager will find the parcel in a minute.
