The classics: cream soups, buckwheat, couscous

BONNER is the flagship line of Bio Products Factory and the range everything started from: legume cream soups, buckwheat porridge and couscous.

Six soups are built on dried purée of lentils, chickpeas and peas — classic lentil with Italian herbs, chickpea with pumpkin seeds, pea with turmeric and bay leaf, mushroom with champignons and dill, mildly spicy chickpea kharcho, and the newest one with coconut and curry. Two buckwheat porridges made from flakes with champignons or vegetables and walnuts stand in for a home-cooked lunch, while three couscous flavours — pumpkin with pepper, Moroccan with ginger, and raisins with basil — make a light dinner.

The ingredient lists hold only dried vegetables, legumes, grains, nuts and spices: no preservatives, flavourings, colourants or flavour enhancers. Soups weigh 50 g, porridges 60 g, and shelf life runs from 6 to 12 months.

Every item is available singly and in packs of 5, 10, 16 and 30 cups.
