Plant based: savoury oatmeal and protein soups

ALIVE is the line for days that are already full — training, work, travel. Same cups as the rest of the range, but weighted towards protein and whole grain.

Three cream soups are built on pea purée. The protein one carries 10 % pea protein and pumpkin seeds, bringing it to around 24 % protein. The kale soup is lighter and greener, with carrot, onion and garlic. The ALIVE mushroom soup runs on 83 % pea purée and 7 % dried champignons, finished with thyme and bay leaf.

Two savoury oatmeals turn a familiar breakfast into lunch: one with champignons, dill and garlic, the other tomato-basil with oregano, paprika and a five-pepper blend. Oats make up 84–90 % of them, protein sits near 16 %, and the salt is Himalayan.

The whole line is plant-based, free of preservatives, colourants and E-numbers, and ready one minute after the hot water goes in.
